Energy Seasonality

 

All charts contain two seasonal patterns. One standard all-time seasonal pattern (Blue line) and our weighted average seasonal pattern (Yellow line). The strongest seasonal patterns will be during periods when both lines are aligned.

Heating Oil

Analysis of the Heating Oil seasonal chart shows that a buy date of 21 June to 10 October has resulted in positive returns 80% of the time over the past 10 years.


Crude Oil

Analysis of the Crude Oil seasonal chart shows that a buy date of 13 March to 10 May has resulted in positive returns 70% of the time over the past 10 years.
 

Gasoline
